Appointments are scheduled at 15 minute intervals.

Please tell us if the matter is urgent, or if you require a longer consultation, e.g. pap smears, insurance or employment examinations, forms, counselling or if multiple problems are to be discussed.

If more than one person needs to be seen, separate appointments need to be booked. This helps us to keep appointments running to schedule.

Emergency appointments will always be accommodated on the day.

If you are unable to keep an appointment, please phone and let us know as early as possible, so that we can re-schedule.

Nobody likes to be kept waiting, so we try very hard to keep to the appointment schedules.

However, Emergencies must always be given priority and our reception staff will attempt to contact you if there is any unforeseen delay.

New patients are always welcome at our practice. Reception staff always advise practice information & fees when new patients ring for appointments.
